Our best day in South Africa!
Our pre-schoolers’ last virtual trip stopped in the northeast of South Africa where they visited the Kruger National Park, which is considered one of the largest natural reserves.
First, our kids explored and learned about the world by interacting with a virtual globe, visualising and locating the distance between the countries: the one they live in and the one they were going. Then, they could see how far it was.
Once they arrived at the park, they were advised that the only way to get access was by driving a jeep. So, they coloured it, took that mean of transport and started the trip appreciating some animals around beautiful waterfalls and rivers. But suddenly, they had to drive so fast because a cheetah was chasing them!
For something a little different and fun, we imagined and acted as if we were elephants drinking water from a river, crocodiles chomping on something, and running like cheetahs.
We had a great time in South Africa!
¡Nuestro mejor día en Sudáfrica!
El último viaje virtual de los pequeños de preescolar se detuvo en el noreste de Sudáfrica, donde visitaron el Parque Nacional Kruger el cual es considerado una de las reservas naturales más grandes.
Primero nuestros niños exploraron y aprendieron acerca del mundo interactuando con un globo terráqueo virtual, visualizando y localizando la distancia entre el país en el que viven y el que visitarían, y pudieron ver lo lejos que estaba.
Una vez que llegaron al parque, se les avisó que solo podrían tener acceso manejando un jeep, así que le pusieron color, tomaron el medio de transporte sugerido e iniciaron el viaje apreciando a los animales alrededor de hermosas cascadas y ríos, pero de pronto tuvieron que conducir muy rápido ¡porque un guepardo los venía persiguiendo!
Para darle un toque diferente y divertido, imaginamos y actuamos como si fuéramos elefantes bebiendo agua en el río, cocodrilos masticando algo y corrimos como guepardos.
¡La pasamos muy bien en Sudáfrica!
